H2O+ BEAUTY

Rising Above the Tide of Trends

H2O+ Beauty enlisted Noise 13 to design the packaging for their new line of sensitive skincare and body products—a launch that marked a pivotal moment in their evolution toward cleaner, more sustainable formulations and a more mature audience.

Our research revealed that most sensitive skincare brands opt for bright white packaging to convey cleanliness and luxury, but this aesthetic blends into a sea of sameness on retail shelves. H2O+’s previous use of light blue also faded into this landscape.

To evoke their products’ ability to deliver deeper hydration and retention of moisture than their competitors, we explored the levels of the ocean where light barely penetrates. The rich, almost black, midnight blue we found there became the canvas upon which the brighter colors of the extended palette could pop. The graphic elements—dots, waves, and gradient meshes—evoke the dynamic qualities of water, giving the packaging a sense of movement and vitality. Paired with a refined iteration of H2O+’s logo, these designs establish a bold, revitalized brand identity that distinguishes the brand and positions it for its next chapter.
